Yeah, I won't be bragging about my "High School" reading level on my blog any time soon.

Good for you. Maybe it will rub off if I read it more often... which I could do if you would post daily, please. Then only other one I read with any regularity that scored as high is Katy's. I'm sure all the quoting of good literature helps as well (i.e. maybe I should be reading more books...).

-Davey: nor will I.

You rock dude. Did I just bring down the level?

mine was high school too, but i'd like to think it's because i take a more conversational tone in my writing, despite having a very "high brow" sense of humor.

maybe it rates it on the occurrence of the word "poo" which would explain my rating, maybe even justify a "elementary school" rating.

Quinn liked this little tool, too. We found two more genius sites: lds.org and the economist. We also enjoyed rating the BBC news site against Fox and CNN.

I am going to go hide under a rock with my Elementary School rating. Maybe I'll just shut the blog down altogether, except I do have a post in draft form with lots and lots of hard words. I'll at least post it and see if I can hit middle school level.
